It has only been forever since my last post, but nothing drags a girl out of a blogging slump like scrolling through August vacation photos and wishing to relive it all.

EMP was full of music, technology, and fashion exhibits. A definite fun stop for the someone obsessed with the arts and interactive museums. Look at that building!
If I had to choose one can't miss thing, it is definitely the glass gardens. The glass sculptures were amazing. Each section was breath taking in its own right! The museum eventually brings glass and gardens together, right under the Space Needle!
The whole trip was uncharacteristically sunny for the Pacific Northwest, I guess we brought the sunshine from Texas for a few days!
These photos are just the beginning. I may have slightly over documented the first trip I've taken to Washington since second grade (understatement of the century)! It was also coincidentally the first trip I've been brave enough to lug my DSLR around with me too!
I plan to add more photos from the trip in an effort to convince everyone to visit the Northwest, and hopefully take me with them! Just promise to excuse my amateur DSLR skills and uncanny ability to take way too long to take a photo.
